Well I'm sorry that the artist's ART doesn't appeal to YOUR standards and the things you like. Good thing they didn't make it for you. There's a difference between constructive criticism and just being plain rude.

No you can state your opinion, but there are more polite ways to put it out there than calling it ugly. The hair style on that character is just fine because that's the way THEY made it. Unless the character comes to life and says otherwise, which I don't see happening. It's perfectly fine and okay not to like a certain piece of the art work, or the art work in general-- And it's perfectly fine to have and state an opinion, but just because you have an opinion that you want to state, it doesn't mean you get to be a jerk about it.
